How we work
Operating Process: From Analysis to Execution
Four steps, with no surprises in between.
Assessment
We review the job, the hazards present and the standards that apply. The garment specification comes out of that, not out of a catalogue.
Fabric and sample
We select the certified fabric that matches the hazard and produce a sample so the cut, colour and finishes are approved before the run.
Production
We produce with the crew's real sizes thanks to our sizing kits and size conversion chart, the required embroidery with an excellent finish, and garment-by-garment quality control.
Delivery and reorders
We deliver with a detailed dispatch list and produce a technical data sheet for your requirement, so a reorder comes out identical to the first batch.
