Construction

Construction detail as declared on the manufacturer’s technical data sheet.

  • Long or short sleeve
  • Eight pockets, laid out as follows:
  • Two chest pockets with flap and snap
  • Two front trouser pockets with false pocket and snap
  • Two rear trouser pockets, one with snap
  • One vernier pocket on the left leg
  • One pen pocket on the left sleeve
  • Rear pockets are reinforced
  • One-piece back with piping
  • Elastic all around the waist
  • Straight sleeve cuff
  • Sport collar
  • Front nylon zipper, double slider
  • Reflective tape, 1” or 2”, on arms and legs
  • Concealed metal snaps on pockets, collar and cuffs
  • Sewn with 3-ply thread for stronger seams
  • Double stitching with bar tacks at the highest-stress areas
  • Embroidery to order, direct or patch type

The same garment with different hardware and waistband/pocket fabrics. The level is chosen when quoting.

  • Waistband cut in 100% cotton drill
  • Pocket cut in 100% cotton drill
  • Type A reflective tape
